We were upgraded from a 1 bedroom apartment to a 2 bedroom luxury apartment with an attached sauna and jacuzzi which was a pleasant surprise and offered us a luxurious stay. The hotel was centrally located and staff were pleasant and helpful. They even opened the complimentary waffle counter prior to the scheduled time on our request.
Not that clean.
The smell of the kitchen when entering the apartment due to the hood is not working and dirty.
The refrigerator is covered with ice especially in the fridge.
All the shampoo, conditioner and shower gel are not refilled at all.
The heater in the living room only worked 1 out of 2.
The bed is too soft and all the pillows are too old and I could see the yellow stain out from the cover.
The window infront of the bathroom should have a curtain cause it was in front of the entry of the Apt.
This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
